Rentals and Rates Our Cottage Rates Cottage Occupants Weekly Rate Nightly Rate (3 night Minimum) #1 * 4 $625.00 $130.00/night #2 4 $675.00 $135.00/night #3 6 $725.00 $145.00/night Summer Rentals 3 night minimum when available. * Not available in the winter. #1 and #2 cottages can accommodate up to 6 persons. #3 can accommodate up to 8 persons. Our Home Rates Weekly Rate $1,400.00 May - September Monthy Rate $ 850.00 plus utilities October - April No Smoking in Our Home Our Home will accommodate up to 6 persons. Weekly rentals begin at or after 3:00 p.m. Saturday and conclude at or before 9:00 a.m. the following Saturday. All rentals are subject to availability. There is a 5.5% sales tax added to all rentals. All prices do not include tax. Final payment due one (1) month prior to arrival. Please make checks payable to: Musky Bay Resort, 3243 S. Green Bay Road, Racine, WI 53403. Please remember to bring your paper and personal products, bath and kitchen towels. No pets please. High chairs and a porta crib (crib sheets are not furnished) are available at no extra charge but subject to availability. Please check if needed on your reservation request form. All rentals are subject to availability. Prices do not include tax. Prices are subject to change. DEPOSIT A deposit of $100.00 per week for COTTAGES and $350.00 per week for HOME is required for confirmation and is due within 10 days of making your reservation. If cancellation is necessary, please inform us 30 days prior to the date of your stay. Cancellations are encouraged to be made by telephone and not by mail. If we are able to fill your vacancy, we will refund your deposit, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If we are unable to fill your vacancy, your deposit will not be refunded. There are no early departure refunds. Your canceled check is your confirmation of your reservation. We will only call back those who we do not receive a reservation deposit after the 10 day period of making your reservation. Credit Cards are not accepted at this time.
